This policy applies to MalwaGolden Transolutions LLP and Malwa Golden Logistics LLP — referred to collectively as "we" or "Malwa Golden Group" — and covers any personal information we collect through this website, our offices, or our day-to-day business.

• Booking information — consignor and consignee names, addresses, phone numbers, GST details, and the description of goods being shipped.
• Contact information — anything you submit through the contact form on this website (name, company, phone, email, message).
• Tracking queries — LR numbers and phone numbers entered to track a consignment.
• Operational data — vehicle GPS records, delivery timestamps, signed PoD copies.
• Website analytics — basic, aggregated information about how this site is used (pages visited, approximate location, browser type). No third-party advertising trackers.

3. Why we collect it

We collect information for one reason: to run our transport business. Specifically — to book and deliver consignments, raise GST-compliant invoices, respond to customer enquiries, maintain proof of delivery, and meet our statutory obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

• Our partner offices and carriers, only to the extent needed to move and deliver your consignment.
• Government authorities, where required by law (e-way bill, GST, statutory checks).
• Our auditors, banks and insurers, only where directly necessary.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records, LRs and PoD copies are retained for the period required under tax and commercial law (typically 8 years). Website contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. GPS records are retained for 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal retention obligations). Write to info@malwagolden.com with your booking reference and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies — only those required to keep the site working. We do not use third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
