These Terms of Use apply to website access, consignment booking references and related customer-service interactions for MalwaGolden Transolutions LLP and Malwa Golden Logistics LLP.
"Malwa Golden Group" refers to MalwaGolden Transolutions LLP (formed 2017) and Malwa Golden Logistics LLP (formed 2023), both with their head office at 42-A, Industrial Area-A (Extension), Ludhiana 141 003, Punjab, India.
By booking a consignment with either firm, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only when an LR (consignment note) has been issued and the goods are physically received. Quotes are valid for the dates indicated and may be revised for changes in route, weight, packing, or applicable taxes and tolls.
The consignor warrants that the description, weight and contents declared on the LR are accurate, and that the goods are properly packed for road transport.
We undertake to carry your goods in the ordinary course of business, with reasonable care, on the route and timeline indicated at the time of booking. We are not common carriers within the meaning of the Carriers Act, 1865, and our liability is governed by these terms and the conditions printed on the LR.
If any such goods are tendered without disclosure, the LR is void and we reserve the right to refuse delivery and recover costs.
Goods are carried at owner's risk unless transit insurance is arranged at the time of booking. In the absence of transit insurance, our liability for any single consignment is limited as set out on the LR. Consequential losses (loss of profit, market value, contractual penalties) are not covered.
Freight, demurrage, statutory levies and any other charges are payable as per the LR. For account customers, payment terms are agreed in writing; in the absence of an agreement, all charges are due on receipt of invoice.
Goods may be held against unpaid charges in accordance with the standard carrier's lien.
Delivery, proof of delivery, claims for damage or shortage, and demurrage are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including weather, road closure, statutory checks, strikes, civil disturbance, or any act of government.
This website is provided for information and customer-service purposes. The tracking, quote and contact features are tools, not contractual commitments — the LR remains the operative document for any consignment.
You may not scrape, copy or reproduce the content of this site for commercial use without permission. Logos shown on the Clients page remain the property of their respective owners.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana.
